- To assign nearby orders and calculate optimal delivery routes.

3. Location Tracking
We collect precise location data only while you are online in the Partner app or on an active delivery, so we can match you with nearby orders and share live tracking with customers. Location tracking stops as soon as you go offline.
4. Push Notifications
We send notifications for new delivery requests and order updates. You can disable these in your device settings.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary to operate the platform:
- Your name, photo, vehicle details and live location are shared with customers during an active delivery.
- Bank and tax details are shared with our payment and compliance partners to process payouts.
- Google receives location data through the Google Maps SDK to provide navigation and geocoding.
6. Data Security
All data transmitted between the Partner app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Access to documents and payout information is restricted to authorised personnel only.
7. Data Retention
We retain your partner account data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards where required for tax, legal or fraud-prevention purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
